What I Offer

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity. I believe lasting change begins with understanding the experiences, emotions, and relationship patterns that have shaped who we are.

Therapy isn't just about managing symptoms, it's about helping you better understand yourself. By exploring what lies beneath the surface, we'll identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while developing practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

Many of my clients are high-functioning adolescents and adults who appear to have it all together while privately struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, burnout, or feeling disconnected from themselves. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.

I help adolescent, young adults and adults navigate:

About Laura

I've always been fascinated by people, what shapes us, why we think and feel the way we do, and how our relationships influence who we become. Long before I became a therapist, I found myself drawn to books about psychology, personal growth, and understanding human behavior. That curiosity eventually led me to become a therapist.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University in 2018.

Throughout my career, I've worked in rehabilitation, school-based services, crisis intervention, and private practice, supporting children, adolescents and adults through a wide range of life's challenges.

Today, I primarily work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, burnout, life transitions, and self-confidence.

I believe many of our current struggles make more sense when we understand the experiences and relationships that have shaped us. We'll explore those patterns while developing practical tools that help you feel more confident, connected, and grounded in your everyday life.

No two people are alike, so I tailor therapy to each client rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

When I'm not in the office, you'll usually find me hiking, traveling, rock climbing, cycling, skiing, photographing new places, or planning my next adventure.
